1. About us

You Got This Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a UK limited company with its registered office at 505 Pinner Road, Harrow, HA2 6EH, England. We operate under the trading name You Got This Property. 2. Services

We provide property mentorship, group sessions, written and video educational content, downloadable resources, and 1:1 support. Specific deliverables for each programme tier (Foundation, Private mentorship, Inner Circle, Toolkit) are described on the relevant sales page at the time of enrolment.

3. Not regulated financial advice

PMS is an education and mentorship programme. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and nothing on this site or in the programme constitutes regulated financial, investment, mortgage, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice before acting.

4. Risk warning

Property values and rental income can fall as well as rise. Past performance — ours or anyone else's — is not a reliable indicator of future results. We do not guarantee any specific investment outcome, deal completion, return on capital, or income figure.

5. Enrolment, fees & payment

• Fees are set out on the relevant programme page and are payable in advance unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
• Payment plans, where offered, are a deferred payment of the full programme fee — not a subscription. Missed payments may suspend access.
• All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. The PMS Guarantee

Where the PMS Guarantee applies it relates to programme support only and is supplied at enrolment for countersignature. It does not guarantee any investment outcome. Full terms are set out in the Guarantee document itself.

7. Refunds & cancellation

• Consumers in the UK have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting from the day after enrolment.
• This right is waived once you have accessed digital content or attended a live session, in line with the regulations — you will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
• Outside the cancellation window, fees are non refundable except as expressly stated in the PMS Guarantee.

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and engage with the programme in good faith.
• Keep your login details and any shared materials confidential.
• Do not record, redistribute or resell any programme content without our written consent.
• Behave respectfully towards Matt, the team and other members. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated misconduct without refund.

9. Call recordings

Discovery calls and mentorship sessions are recorded for note taking, quality and training purposes. By booking a call or enrolling you acknowledge this. Recordings are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You may request access to, or deletion of, a recording by emailing matt@yougotthisproperty.co.uk.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the programme — including the SHIFT framework, checklists, templates, written and video content — is owned by You Got This Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non transferable licence to use it for your own portfolio. You may not copy, share or resell it.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for any investment loss or decision you make based on the programme.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
• Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

12. Third parties

We may introduce you to sourcers, brokers, solicitors and other partners. They are independent businesses. We do not control their services and are not responsible for their actions or omissions. Any engagement you enter into with a third party is between you and them.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you enrol or use the site.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring a claim in the courts of their place of residence.
