You Got This Ltd is a UK limited company providing property mentorship and education, trading as You Got This Property. Its flagship programme is the Property Mindset Shift. 2. What data we collect

Information you give us

• Name, email address and phone number (e.g. when you book a discovery call or subscribe to the PMS letter).
• Business and financial context you share during coaching sessions or onboarding.
• Payment information processed by our payment providers (we never see or store full card details).
• Correspondence you send us by email, WhatsApp or web form.

Information collected automatically

• Device, browser, IP address and approximate location.
• Pages visited, referrer, and interactions captured by cookies and analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver the coaching, content and services you have asked for.
• To respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls.
• To send the weekly PMS letter and related marketing where you have opted in.
• To improve the website, content and programme.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

4. Call recordings

Discovery calls and mentorship sessions are recorded for note taking, quality and training purposes. By booking a call you acknowledge this policy. Recordings are stored securely, used only for the purposes above, and kept no longer than necessary. To request access to or deletion of a recording, email matt@yougotthisproperty.co.uk.

5. Legal basis for processing

We rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under UK GDPR: contract (to deliver services you have purchased), consent (for marketing emails and non essential cookies), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and fraud prevention).

6. Sharing your data

We only share personal data with trusted providers who help us run the business, including:

• Email, hosting and analytics platforms.
• Payment processors and our accountants.
• Vetted sourcers and partners — only with your explicit instruction.
